Stillman Law Office is Hiring an Accounting Team Member Near Farmington, MI
Compensation:
- Up to 60k Annually; experience dependent
- Process large volumes of payables and receivables
- Generate client remittance reports
- Participate in multiple levels of client and internal reconciliations
- Support internal and client audits to validate internal controls
- Communicate with clients in the financial services industry
- Collaborate to understand and deliver to the requirements of each individual client
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy for 10 key and data entry
- Ability to problem solve
- Excel in time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, typical. Month end may require additional time, which may exceed normal business operating hours.
