Position Details: Seasonal Driver Acquisition Agent
• Seasonal role lasting 30 to 90 days, with potential for extension.
• Competitive salary with bonus incentives.
• Comprehensive initial training and onboarding provided.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in active driver recruitment by canvassing various locations throughout the city.
• Facilitate driver registrations.
• Provide comprehensive training on navigating the inDrive mobile application.
• Maintain detailed reports of recruitment activities.
Qualifications :
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and dedication.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Prior experience in the ride-hailing industry is beneficial.
Compensation: $14/hour starting rate plus commission incentives.
