Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Painting Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and be proficient in frame carpentry, construction painting, plastering, and more.

Duties:
- Perform painting tasks including surface preparation, mixing paints, applying paint, and finishing touches
- Utilize skills in frame carpentry for structural enhancements
- Conduct construction painting for both interior and exterior projects
- Execute plastering work to repair and prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Read blueprints to understand project requirements
- Estimate construction costs accurately
- Utilize concrete finishing techniques as needed
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment efficiently
- Welding experience to repair or join metal components
- Restore surfaces to their original condition

Experience:
- Proven experience in frame carpentry, construction painting, plastering, and related tasks
- Proficiency in basic math calculations for measurements and estimates
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of construction estimating practices
- Experience in concrete finishing techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment operation
- Welding skills for metal repairs or joining components is beneficial
