POSITION SUMMARY: Accountable for overseeing the daily activities and results of all operations functions and personnel. This includes ensuring all necessary resources are available and capable of meeting established regulations, quality standards and production plans and objectives, including cGMP and OSHA regulations, company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Directly responsible for managing the daily activities of production managers, supervisors, coordinating training and disciplinary actions when necessary. Responsible for leading and coordinating hiring, promotions, transfers and discharges. Serves as a mentor to Operations Managers, Supervisors and Leads through training and leadership. Coordinates with other department leaders to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT employee.
