Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Our Troy, MI location is currently looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal Purchasing & Inventory Manager candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be passionate about cost negotiations. They will maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors, staying up to date in the industry and market trends to ensure we are leading the industry with the best supplies and equipment. Working closely with other departments to ensure we are meeting production needs. Responsibilities

• Maintain chemical & supply inventories
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers & vendors
• Issue supplies to crew & facilities
• Negotiate supply rates
• Submit order requests
• Receive deliveries
• Manage internal mail deliveries & shipments

Requirements

• 2 years experience in Purchasing & Inventory management
• Forklift experience preferred
• High level computer skills, Microsoft Office, software skills
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
