Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, team management, and front desk operations. Experience with QuickBooks, supervising, event planning, organizational skills, and budgeting is a plus.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software (MS Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to supervise and train staff
