Order Processing Coordinator Job Duties :

Monitor incoming orders

Review orders for accuracy

Enter orders into the production schedule

Communicate with client leads as needed

Track the production of jobs to ensure timely completion and delivery

Close out completed jobs and send up for billing

Schedule : First shift

First shift

8am-4 : 30pm, overtime as needed, Monday-Friday

Pay : $17 an hour

$17 an hour

Order Processing Coordinator Requirements :

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and good math skills

Competency in communicating with internal departments and team members

Effective verbal, listening, and writing skills

Experience dealing with customers
