LoKation Real Estate is one of the largest real estate companies in the state of Florida, and located in 5 other states. We have over 4,000 agents and continue growing rapidly. We're seeking a service-minded Broker to add to our leadership team and oversee our agents, staff and compliance and some light training.

Department- Brokerage Operations

• Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
• The Broker will be tasked with aiding the Managing Broker in the effective management of daily operations and staff.
• It will encompass assistance in all operational components such as training the transaction review process, compliance training, contracts, handling agent’s escalated phone calls, and meeting with agents.
• In this role you may be asked to continue your education to make sure you are up-to-date on the latest industry rules and regulations.

Core Attributes

• A key aspect of the job involves coordinating training sessions, aiming to improve agents' understanding of contracts, risk management, licensing, and state real estate law. The role requires proficiency in public speaking and comfortability in front of a camera while delivering instruction, coupled with the capacity to engage audiences on diverse streaming platforms and public forums.
• Successfully consult with and guide agents in resolving issues associated with agents transactional needs.
• Develop and maintain a positive and motivated office environment through good communications, strong sales associate and staff relationships, and office events and programs. Minimize and effectively resolve sales associate and staff conflicts or complaints. Maintain high visibility and availability for sales associates and staff.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all applicable company policies and procedures, real estate regulations and guidelines, and industry market information and trends.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active real estate broker's license.
• 5 years minimum experience in a supervisory and management position or at least 50 transactions.
• Excellent communication skills - must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills applicable at all levels of the organization. Bilingual preferred.
• Must be comfortable in all aspects of public speaking and presentation.
• Capacity to make swift decisions and solve problems using sound judgment.
• Must uphold the highest standards of integrity.
