An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator in this reputable and stable Los Angeles Area Ambulatory Surgery Center. Join a resourceful organization, and lead a team of dedicated and experienced clinicians in a multi-specialty environment.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will play a large and dynamic role in the operations of these Outpatient Surgical facilities. Supported by Business Office Manager at each location, as well as a Supply Chain / Materials Management Manager, the Administrator will know that the business side is well taken care of. Supporting the Administrator clinically will be Nurse Managers at each location, leading procedures and activities in the Operating Rooms and PreOp/PACU areas.

The ASC Administrator will play a very central part in both the internal performance and external growth functions of the center. This person will lead performance and process improvement functions such as cost containment, vendor supply negotiation, and billing processing. Working closely with Nursing Operations Managers at each location, the Administrator will also support the maintenance of clinical logs, Joint Commission accreditation projects, and compliance with other regulatory agencies.

This is a unique position suited best for an Operations Leader with Ambulatory Surgery Center management and clinical experience. The Administrator will oversee two surgical facilities, one multi-specialty ASC and one facility focused on ophthalmology procedures. The multi-specialty ASC has 6 operating suites, offering a wide array of procedures from Orthopedics and Spine, to ENT and Gastrointestinal. The eye center also runs 6 suites, offering procedures on nearly every ophthalmologic platform available, but some of Los Angeles’ most prestigious and trusted physicians.
