About The Role:

We are looking for a Member Engagement Manager to develop and drive B2C marketing efforts for our Medicare and Health Plan partners. What You'll Do:

  • Be a strategic leader: own the year-round, Medicare Prescription Payment Plan member communications plan in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate content reviews, revisions, and approvals with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage compliance and security requirements in collaboration with partners
  • Identify and support opportunities for our partners on approach and messaging that drive program objectives
  • Develop tactics to measure and demonstrate value for our Medicare and health plan partners
  • Create actionable insights from user and industry research that inform marketing strategy and messaging, drive experiment agendas, and measurement plans to optimize engagement across the funnel
  • Lead asset development from ideation to execution in collaboration with our creative team to quickly turn around high-quality work
  • Utilize a multi-channel communication approach including email, web, direct mail, in-app, SMS, etc
  • Establish relationships with partners and regularly engage to execute year-round communication plans
  • Develop a reporting cadence for internal and external partners, track campaign performance, and take a data-informed approach to messaging

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of B2C marketing, advertising, communications, or similar experience
  • Working knowledge of Medicare member communications regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives according to strategic priorities and quickly pivot as needed
  • Strong multi-channel copywriting skills, with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality (e.g. email, direct mail, SMS, web, and video.)
  • Experience building complex marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of operationalizing and maintaining multi-channel campaigns including online and offline: social, print, webinars, email, video, advocate
  • Experience working on a cross-channel marketing platform like Iterable, Braze, or equivalent
  • HTML/CSS experience
  • Proficient in defining audience segments and analyzing user behaviors
  • Analytical, test, and learn approach to campaign management
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in data visualization software like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Undergraduate B.A. degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
