Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Subcontractors to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for performing various construction tasks and collaborating with our team to complete projects. This is a contract-based position.

Duties:
Primarily Roofing

Windows and siding occasionally

Decks occasionally

1099
- Perform maintenance person tasks as needed, including roof repairs and trim carpentry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Subcontractor or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately
- Skilled in fabricating and installing various construction components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

- Must be insured
