Job Description
- Previous experience in sales or customer service necessary
- Seasonal position available. Must be willing to work additional hours during spring peak season. Flexible hours summer and fall. Minimal hours or unemployment in winter.
- Field customer phone calls with questions regarding nursery stock
- Politely greet all customers that enter the nursery.
- Must be customer-focused and an enthusiastic, dependable team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment during spring peak season.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Interact with customers sharing knowledge of plant health and propper care to help identify plant problems (diseases, insects etc.)
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Maintain an exceptional level of positive ethics and integrity with our team and clients while being self –motivated and aggressive to meet sales goals.
- Load up smaller sales for customer pick up or help offload shipments of shrubs and perennials as needed.
