Stock Room Manager

• Strive to maintain “on hand quantities” and total organization of 4 stock room locations within the plant
• Complete all necessary paper work for ordering and receiving of parts
• Maintain relationships with parts and service vendors
• Work with the CMMS to build & maintain equipment files and Preventative Maintenance Logs
• Become familiar with the facilities “critical” equipment ( i.e. equipment that is crucial to the production of the Mill), build a list of critical spare parts that will need to be stocked and replenished per a set QTY.
• Take ownership over the stockroom (i.e. stocking, organization, build equipment files) under the direction of the Maintenance Managers
• Conduct “part runs” in company truck to pickup or drop off crucial parts at machining shops, parts vendors, hardware stores and other vendors
• Keep the maintenance team accountable for filling out “Parts Request Forms” and “Parts Check Out List” to set Maintenance up for success
• Assist in the entry of maintenance work orders into CMMS and weekly generation of due PM’s

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check to drive a company vehicle'
