**Job Summary:**

The Warehouse Manager in Training position is a development focused role designed to prepare you to become a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager in Training works under the direction of the Director, Retail Wholesale and Aftermarket Operations to maintain efficient warehouse Buy the Pound outlet operations. Furthers the organization commitment to achieving triple bottom line results: integrating social, economic and environmental goals into thinking, planning and action. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse. The Warehouse Manager in Training creates a positive employee and customer experience by modeling Goodwills mission and citizenship behaviors at all times. The Warehouse Manager in Training will work closely with various members of our Warehouse and members of management to learn how to perform the following essential job functions and responsibilities:

* Oversight of Warehouse and Buy The Pound Outlet operations

* Building and managing a team of Associates to deliver best in class service for donors, retail stores and vendors

**One full-time position available, training period 90 days to six (6) months**

**Work location: Hudson, NH**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* 1 year successful supervisory experience at Goodwill;1 year successful supervisory experience in warehouse or production supervision experience

* High School diploma or GED

* Ability to work a full-time schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts

* Ability to work in, or transfer to other locations as needed

* Ability to display and maintain a positive, friendly attitude in order to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service

* Exceptional communication and organizational skills

* Eagerness and ability to successfully learn and grow within the role and the company

* Demonstrated working knowledge with various material handling machinery and vehicles

* Ability to be certified to operate forklift within 90-days of hire

* Demonstrated ability to provide supervision and instruction to a diverse workforce.

* Valid drivers license permitting operation of a vehicle with a safe driving record

* Criminal background check that meets Agency standards

**Preferred Qualifications:** .

* Ability to understand and interpret financial statements including profit and loss statement and KPI reporting

* Experience with triple bottom line reporting (people, planet, profit) and sustainability practices

* Bachelors Degree

* Experience with retail store/warehouse operations

* Multi-lingual including ASL
