ServiceMaster Restoration by Wills has been providing disaster restoration services to residential and commercial clients for over 40 years. We are looking to expand our duct cleaning services at this time and are seeking an experienced level technician to provide duct cleaning services. Will take a leadership role on duct cleaning jobs and provide assistance to customers and insurance representatives regarding technical questions. Will maintain solid customer relationships by handling their projects, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. May also provide restoration, mitigation, cleaning and pack-out services for structures and contents affected by smoke, water, fire, mold and other types of contamination. Some Essential Job Functions:

• Pre-inspect for proper functioning, condition of system, accessibility of system, and obstructions inside duct work such as wires and/or sensors.
• Post-inspect after completion for proper functioning and air flow.
• Plan efficient and strategic opening of system for maximum coverage and accessibility in duct work with minimal openings.
• Cut openings or detach and reassemble duct work efficiently.
• Open air handlers for cleaning coils, fans, humidifiers to inspect for any issues such as mold, drainage, or fan functioning.
• Scope jobs and advise coordinator or production manager regarding job barriers.
• Perform restoration technician assigned duties when needed, without supervision. This may include, but is not limited to all types of restoration, cleaning and physical job tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and response.
• Be able to use job management software and restoration software as needed, including Restore365, GoCanvas, Outlook, MICA mobility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
• Valid Driver’s License that meets ServiceMaster by Wills insurance specifications.
• Ability to use our time keeping software, Quickbooks Time.
• Communicates well with customers.
• Ability to collect payment, provide invoice to customers at time of service.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Prior experience with HVAC Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians/temp labor on job sites.
