PuroClean of West Houston, a leader in emergency residential and commercial property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. We are a growing restoration company that is seeking a full-time, on-site, Coordinator. This person will report directly to our office manager. We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to do many varying tasks independently.

This person normal working schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm. *Start time is firm.

Regular duties will include:

• Intaking New Jobs
• Updating / Scheduling customers
• Sending /Tracking DocuSign agreements
• Scheduling vendors
• Keeping job files up to date
• Communicating information between PuroClean staff and customers
• Data entry
• Filing and organization
• Assist account receivable

Requirements:

• Multitask effectively while paying attention to details
• Display excellent phone etiquette and reliable attendance
• Willingness and ability to learn new software
• Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work in a self-motivated manner and learn quickly
• Follow written and verbal directions

Bilingual is a plus
