Position Summary:
This role will focus on both the strategy and implementation of clinical services offered by a team of ambulatory care pharmacists in a primary care setting.
Duties:
This individual will play a key role in identifying, sizing, and prioritizing clinical service opportunities and presenting recommendations to leaders for alignment. As part of their role, the individual will develop strategies to best implement and measure the impact of these services and take on ad-hoc research requests from leaders.
Experience:
• Former management consulting background or Strategy background
• Healthcare strategy experience
• Value-based care experience
• Primary care and/or geriatric care experience
• Powerpoint
• Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data experienceEducation Bachelors Degree (any degree okay)
