We've partnered with a Columbus-based client in their search for a Conveyor Maintenance Technician. This 3rd shift position runs 4 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Wednesday.
Our client, a family-owned business, specializes in developing, manufacturing, and packaging over-the-counter healthcare products. With over 30 years of experience, they recently expanded in 2018, ensuring stability and growth while maintaining a small business, family-oriented culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exposure to PLC systems and experience performing maintenance on conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility and production equipment for a safe and productive work environment.
- Make repairs and improvements to equipment in the production process to ensure product quality and promote continuous improvement.
- Disassemble mechanical equipment and tools, repair or replace worn or broken parts, and reassemble.
- Inspect completed repairs.
- Prioritize and schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance goals and deadlines.
- Maintain Maintenance Shop cleanliness and orderliness.
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Must maintain company quality
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer entry/retrieval skills are required.
- Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics, and process control diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC and other control systems in an industrial environment.
- Experience working independently and with minimal supervision.
