Join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, a role generally based out of our new Central Florida Distribution, where you'll play a pivotal part in our commitment to enhancing lives through exceptional products and services. We're on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious individual who will focus on bolstering our dealer network and ensuring their sustained success.
Key Responsibilities of a Regional Sales Manager include:

  • Building and Maintaining Dealer Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with our existing dealer network. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, offering solutions to their challenges and helping them succeed.
  • Consultative Support: Act as a business consultant to our dealer network, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Provide guidance and solutions to support their business growth and maximize their potential as partners with Explore Industries.
  • Coordinating Communication: Facilitate effective communication among dealers, customer support, and logistics teams. Ensure a seamless flow of information and product movement from our manufacturing facilities to the dealer, meeting delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage business analytics skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth within the dealer network. Use data insights to develop strategies and initiatives that drive sales and improve overall dealer satisfaction.
  • In-Person Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with dealers to strengthen relationships, present new products, and discuss business strategies. Effectively communicate our value proposition and offerings.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate across the organization to solve complex problems related to dealer relationships, logistics, and customer support. Be proactive in addressing issues and finding innovative solutions.
  • Identify and Recruit New Dealers: Gather strategic territory information and report to the Business Development team for recruiting new dealers to expand our network.

Required Skills and Qualifications (We would like our talented Regional Sales Manager to have at least these minimum skills & experience):

  • Strong B2B Sales and Customer Service Acumen: Proven experience in B2B sales and customer service with a track record of building and maintaining successful relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Business Analytics: Proficiency in using data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent in-person presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand the unique needs and challenges of dealers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equal business-related experience required.
  • Swimming Pool Industry Experience preferred but not required.
  • A Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to Travel: Travel is a requirement of this position. The Ideal candidate must be willing to travel weekly throughout the territory known as the Florida Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in this type of sales. Overnight trips are expected to maximize travel effectiveness.
