The Body Sculpting Practitioner is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience, maximizing productivity and meeting profitability targets. This person works closely with the Owners regarding meeting target goals. The Practitioner will not only thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and be able to upsell. The Practitioner will have a proven track record in sales and services with an emphasis on one-on-one consultative direct-to-consumer sales experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for body sculpting and upselling of clients

Engaging sales to clients to ensure company growth

Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service

Ensure cleanliness, sanitation of station, bleach towels, sculpting products full etc.

Thoroughly involved and understanding of Body’s culture and systems (**will be trained**)

Proficient knowledge of Slim and Tone’s services, packages, memberships, and products (**will be trained**)

Performs consultations with prospective clients

Primary interface with the owners to ensure client satisfaction

Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Sales and/or sales management experience

Successful history of building strong relationships with customers and/or patients.

Solid computer skills, hopefully experience with spa booking software like Vagaro or MindBody (can be trained)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid mathematical skills; analytical and problem solving skills required

Motivated, self-starter

Dynamic, team-oriented personality
