Overview:
Are you inspired by the travel/vacation rental industry and want to be the main person creating memorable stays for guests? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is a natural clean freak, loves to organize, is able to follow precise instructions after training, and most of all... loves to make people happy!
Job Description:
- 20% of the job includes cleaning accommodations after guests depart (no laundry and all cleaning supplies provided)
- 60% of the job includes prepping for the next guest's stay including setting out amenities, possibly grocery shopping for them, and creating personal experiences to make them feel welcome
- 20% of the job is inventory/ordering and reporting/supervising any maintenance to the property.
Essential skills:
- No previous hospitality experience needed, but must be willing to go through training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow a detailed checklist without cutting corners (reading comprehension is important)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in loading/using apps on your smartphone
- Ability to work between 11am - 4pm any day of the week (including weekends)
