Job Description •Assist the co-owner with executive support. •Organize accounting documents and manage financial records. •Help process payments and reconcile commissions. •Set up and manage accounts with high-quality work. •Use MS Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM for efficient record-keeping. •Collaborate with the team on accounting tasks. •Taking emails and flagging them/forwarding them - basic admin •Work with supplier and set up accounts for them Skill Set •Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in bookkeeping and executive support. •Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM tools. •Understanding of payment processing and commission reconciliation. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment. •Good communication skills for working with teams and partners, especially suppliers. •Capability to set up and manage accounts with quality control. •Knowledge of basic accounting principles. •Experience working with a Travel Agency
