Treatment Plans & Education Trains and educates patients and family members or others and documents understanding of treatment plan and goals. QUALIFICATIONS Required Associate's Degree-accredited physical therapy assistant program 2 years Physical Therapy experience Required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - .
