Position: Registered Nurse - Med Surg
Location: Boston, MA

Position Summary: As an RN in the Medical Surgical unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Utilizing our patient-centered care model, you will deliver excellent care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities.
• Update and manage patient records adhering to nursing organization guidelines.
• Assist in quality improvement projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required in certain units.
• Nursing degree preferred; ability to obtain BSN within 2 years.
• Relevant clinical experience and/or specialty certification required for certain practice areas.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to meet job responsibilities.
• Basic computer proficiency; fluency in another language is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
