As a Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or residential facilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Help with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals

  • Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns

  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding and childcare

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

A few must-haves for our Caregiver:

  • Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – – if not registered, we'll help you through the process and reimburse you for your live scan form once you complete the set hours in the given timeframe

  • Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance & comprehensive drug screen

  • At least 6 months experience (Can be with family members, Facility, Homecare)

  • TB test completed (we can help with that)

  • CPR certification
  • High school diploma (or equivalent). Compassionate nature & good communicator

  • Able and willing to use your smartphone to clock in and out / document care activities

  • Valid Driver's License and Transportation
