Pop up celebrations is looking for motivated individuals who are excited to work for a growing party rental company. We are looking for Team members to do a variety of tasks including Setup and Breakdown of Soft play playgrounds, Cleaning of equipment, assisting in our Decoration department (Balloon garlands, Backdrops, Props), attending at Broward County Parks. We are also Looking for drivers the driver rate is $18 for every hour you drive the truck. We are offering a competitive rate of $15 per hour for labor and the hours of downtime will be paid at $13 per hour in between events. You will be paid setup wage of $15 per hour for setup and breakdown , cleaning, or Décor Assistant. Individual Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and 180 pounds with the assistance of a dolly. There might also be extra hours after setups for cleaning/organizing in storage during the week. Must be reliable and trustworthy. Individual must also be detail oriented and be able to place setup exactly as instructed. You will be given one hour of Lunch Break (unpaid) for every 8-10 shift. We offer hours mostly on the weekends and also weekdays for cleaning equipment at storage. The hours available vary from 10-20 hours weekly or bi- weekly. You will be paid as an independent contractor and given a 1099 at the end of the calendar year. We pay weekly or if possible within 72-96 hours after worked shift.

Job description-

-Setup and breakdown, Décor Assisting, (attending $15 per hour)

-Wipe down of set or bounce houses on site.

-Picking up balls from ball pit

-Arranging sets in trucks efficiently and in a timely manner.

-Being in touch with management and updating management of ETA’s.

-Carefully handling equipment

-Being able to work as a team player and being communicative throughout workday.

- Attending remainder of event to oversee rules being followed and equipment cleanliness
