SAGU is Hiring a Service Specialist-1-Part Time Near Waxahachie, TX
- Provides general clerical services to the Director for Student Success including: filing, answering phones, maintaining the Director’s calendar, creation of meeting notes/minutes, and greeting guests.
- · Creates Student Success’ correspondence.
· Assists with Parent Communication
· Assists maintaining office.
· Assists Director with Welcome Weekend (Undergrad)
· Assists Director with Strategies for Student Success.
· Assist with Registrar’s Office as needed

● Ensure privacy of educational records and departmental information through a secure office environment, proper training, and established processes and procedures.
● Consistently service guests through an organized interactive environment, proper training, and established processes and procedures.
