Better me tutor plays a critical role in helping students develop their academic skills and reach their full potential. The main focus of the role is to assist students in math and English reading with a personalized and individualized approach to learning.
Responsibilities:
* Student Guidance: Provide one-on-one instruction to students based on their individualized learning plans and abilities.
* Customized Instruction: Design and deliver instructions that tailored to each student's pace and progress.
* Motivation: Encourage and motivate K to Grade2 students to complete assignments and achieve their learning goals.
* Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track students' progress, adjusting their learning plans as needed.
* Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students to help them understand their mistakes and improve their performance.
* Communication: Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, updating them on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
* Admin Tasks: Keep accurate records of students' assignments, progress, and attendance.
