Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and accurate preparation of Ella?s products for all shipments and deliveries including fast-paced assembly line work - bagging popcorn, assembling boxes, packing product into boxes, stacking cases on pallets, preparing shipments, and more.
? Accurately, pick, pack, and prepare bagged popcorn orders for shipment based on customer requirements and company standards
? Working knowledge of Shipstation and Shopify
? Perform Ella?s deliveries of finished product
? Maintain a clean and sterile environment for food storage and packaging according to company standards
? Extensive food safety knowledge
? Manages inventory of final product
? Inspects packaging workstations to ensure all equipment is proper, intact and in safe working condition
? Manages and keeps records for supplies/equipment. Requisition as needed/when necessary for continued production
? Safely operates packing equipment according to manufacturer?s instruction
? Ensure that behaviors, practices, and the work environment support a safe workplace by enforcing safety and sanitation rules and principles
? Reports any and all safety and/or quality concerts to management
? Complete any and all required documentation for tracking accomplishments, waste, quality assurance, sanitation, and all other checklists as assigned
? Identify opportunities for process improvement in shipping operations and recommend solutions to enhance efficiently and accuracy
? Understands marketing goals
? Coordinates with Marketing/Sales personnel on promotions, subscription services, and events on the marketing calendar
? Assists with marketing events and opportunities to expand the Ellas?s brand
? Assists Popcorn baker as needed
? May be required to rotate to various departments in the production facility as needed
? Other responsibilities assigned as needed

? Must be able to work mornings throughout the work week; some evenings and weekends may be required.

? Attention to detail to ensure top quality products are produced
