Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Kitchen Support Staff. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. From food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and organization, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients according to recipes.
Support kitchen staff during service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying management of any shortages.
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen leadership.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
