Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for finding a job for the person and also coach the job till the person masters the work. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and mentoring individuals to help them develop essential skills for employment and daily life. Duties:
-Fast online job search skills and online application processing. Proactive in searching and locating job openings in person and/or online in retail. You work from our home. Flexible hours during job search period. When doing job coaching that employer will set the hours.

-Know how to practice and prepare candidate for interviews. You will take candidate to the interview and land a job for the person. Conduct practice interviews and assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance job readiness and vocational skills
- Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments and facilitate successful job placements
- Stay up-to-date on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance

-Retail knowledge and experience is a plus. Attend the job as job coach and help the person master the job.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to individuals under your guidance
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities

-Computer skills to search online and apply online quickly and efficiently
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training development
- Familiarity with social work principles and practices
- Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to educate and mentor individuals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Knowledge of workforce development strategies
