Perched atop the Embassy Suites in Downtown Asheville, guests will enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. It's an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive, only-in-Asheville setting for visitors. The restaurant opens March 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role:
As a Restaurant Server , you're not just taking orders - you'll be providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience against the backdrop of breathtaking vistas.
What You'll Do:
Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Showcase your knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and guiding guests through their dining journey.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection.
Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Maintain a well-organized dining area, ensuring that it's clean and set up for a memorable experience.

Your Skills and Style:
2 years previous experience as a Restaurant Server is required, and experience in an upscale Italian restaurant with in-depth Italian wine knowledge is a plus.
