Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Reception (Glen Ellyn, IL)

Work Hours: Monday-Wednesday Afternoons 3-6.

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic, health conscious and dedicated individual to be part of our holistic healthcare team. Qualified candidates will have the following skill set/attitudes:

Responsibilities: Friendly phone service, including communicating what is special and unique about our office to potential patients. Patient check-in, check-out, payment processing. Scheduling appointments and follow-up. Presenting educational material, including videos, and product hand-outs. Ensuring in-take paperwork and procedures are complete. Verifying insurance benefits. Assist with insurance benefits processing. Ordering and stocking inventory. Assisting the doctor, preparing patients for treatment, applying therapies. Medical notes entry. Social media posting. End-of-day closing.

Qualifications: High School Diploma is required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Previous Chiropractic Assistant or clinic administration experience preferred. Strong prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Quick learner willing to train in patient contact and therapeutic procedures.
