We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to:
Assist with management of files and paperwork associated with the caregiver
hiring process and certification requirements
Manage phone inquiries, assist with scheduling of client intake meetings and caregivers
Conduct home visits as needed.
Assist with staff scheduling and respond to Inquiry calls.
Assist with taking applications, scheduling interviews and doing reference checks.
Participate with new employee orientations
The desired candidate will possess the following:
Salary : $16 per hour
Part Time
$35k-44k (estimate)
