We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Vacation Rental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and running of our vacation rental properties. You will also assist our management team and work alongside our head of maintenance as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for college students looking for experience or individuals looking for flexible part-time work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing rental properties for guest arrivals, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Complete regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Communicate with management regarding any maintenance needs or guest requests.
Help our head of maintenance with larger projects or tasks as assigned.
Perform routine maintenance tasks at vacation rental properties such as organizing, and minor repairs.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the properties.
Provide excellent customer service to guests when necessary.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility in work hours with availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
