Company Overview: We are established organization with multiple companies within home care industry on the East Coast. We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to efficiently manage several projects.
Eligibility for Position:
* Must be in Eastern Time Zone with Heavy Preference for Candidates in Maryland, Delaware, NY/NJ. Other East Coast locations may be considered.
* Must be able to commit to up to 15 hours per week preferably week days schedules

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Remote Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between our co-owned home care enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to manage confidential information, oversee project pipelines, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Confidential Information Management:

    • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
    • Set up and manage Dropbox accounts and remote shared folders for secure document storage.
  2. Project Coordination:

    • Receive project lists from business partners and organize them efficiently.
    • Establish and maintain a shared pipeline of information between co-owners.
    • Track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring progress, deadlines, and signatures are on schedule.
  3. Communication and Escalation:

    • Act as a liaison between business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Proactively reach out to co-owners regarding impending deadlines or missing information, escalating issues as necessary.
  4. Documentation and Agreements:

    • Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing various documents and agreements.
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  5. Administrative Support:

    • Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Canva for presentations and reports.
    • Provide support in marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project administration or a related field preferred.
  • Must be Experienced setting up and managing dropbox
  • Must be experienced with project management with PowerPoint and/or Canva
  • Must have Bachelors Degree
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Flexible working hours, approximately 10-15 hours per week.
  • Pay: $25-$30/hr. - 1099 position with no benefits. May evolve into full-time employment.
