The RN is responsible for covering the ALSA agency during the SALSA absence. Participates in regular on-call rotation within the department. Assists and covers the schedule for the CNA’s with direction and support from the SALSA as needed. Participates in orientation, teaching and supervision of the assisted living caregivers. Provides referrals to appropriate professionals and agencies, whenever the client’s condition necessitates. Planning for clients who no longer receive or require the services of the assisted living services agency. Is involved with wellness counseling, health promotion, disease prevention, and monitoring medication self administration. Consults and communicates with residents and families for changes in condition of client individual service plans. Performs required documentation to meet all agency standards and DPH regulatory compliance standards.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
