Trumen Physicians Associates (Trumen) is seeking a licensed Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider.

Trumen was established in 2010 as a physician-led, provider-centric organization committed to optimal outcomes for patients in post-acute facilities. We provide unequalled support and flexibility for physicians and advanced practice providers, allowing them to focus on the joy of practicing medicine in a rewarding environment.

The APP will visit skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes treating patients with various wounds, either through wound management or debridement, at bedside. The Wound Care APP would join our team of 90 affiliated board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants serving patients in post-acute care facilities throughout the greater Houston metropolitan area. We are the preferred provider in more than 135 facilities—and we continue to grow.
