TITLE: Academic Interventionist

WORK TIME: Contracted Services - 36 weeks

REPORTS TO: School Principal

The interventionist will work with the school administration to serve students in accordance with school, district, state, and federal guidelines.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide interventions in math/reading for targeted students for a total of 20 hours per week.
2. Create measurable goals and progress monitor students on a regular basis
3. Participate in RTI meetings as needed
4. Communicate with teachers and parents on a regular basis about student's progress
5. Develop and follow daily lesson plans
6. Maintain a daily time sheet for each day worked
