Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers (PCWs). As a PCW, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bath assist, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Perform general duties such as cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
• Make shopping trips and other errands.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medication reminders as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Document care activities and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor.
• Care plans will be administered for each client by the PCW coordinator.

Requirements:To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana).
• Provide authorization for the employer to initiate background screening checks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Presentation of a negative TB test taken within the last 3 years. (Employer will reimburse up to $60 after the employee has worked 90 days.)
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
