The Personnel Consulting Group is Hiring a Help Desk Specialist (Contract - Part Time) Near Picayune, MS
- Respond to support requests from employees via email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist with setting up and configuring new devices for employees, using Microsoft Deployment Tools and other technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
- Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and troubleshooting techniques.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science is desired but not required if you have equivalent experience and/or certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Help Desk or similar role.
