Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security/Client Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain records and update account information as needed
- Assist client with requested information in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support in resolving issues related to security and surveillance systems
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using CCTV systems for monitoring purposes
- Familiarity with surveillance procedures and loss prevention strategies
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Background in law enforcement or militarized services is a plus
- Relevant certificates in security or related fields are advantageous
