Surf City Squeeze - Rivertown Crossings is Hiring a Smoothie Barista Near Grandville, MI
Join our team of Smoothie Baristas. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills. Make healthy, delicious smoothies in a fun, laid-back environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
Take guests’ orders and handle cash and credit transactions
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Serve drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
Quickly and accurately prepare smoothies according to recipes
Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve
Follow sanitation and safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
Act with integrity and honesty
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Contribute to a positive team environment
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Excellent guest service skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Have some weekend availability
Must be at least 16 years of age
No previous work experience required
