We are assisting our Cleveland client in their search for a part-time controller. This is a very part-time role and the selected candidate would be a long-term contractor working for Tidewater Staffing Solutions. Our client is located close to downtown Cleveland.

The following are the requirements for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Significant small business accounting experience.
• 10 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to provide financial guidance to the leadership team of the company.

The main job functions include:

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting package along with financial analysis.
• Active participation in annual strategic planning meeting.
• Participation in weekly strategy meeting.
• Directing the annual budgeting process.
• Reviewing the work of the Controller and providing mentoring/coaching as needed.
