We are seeking a great fit for our growing team. We are a Florida licensed HomeCare agency in Manatee County and need a Registered Nurse as our designated Administrator. This role is crucial to our leadership team and reports directly to our owners. The role is currently part-time with 8-16 flexible hours per week, and we will have the opportunity to add additional hours as we grow our business.

As the Registered Nurse Agency Administrator with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Exemplify, support, and reinforce our core values of Learning, Community, Collaboration, and Inclusiveness
• Work together with the entire team to achieve our mission to become the Employer of Choice for Care Professionals in Manatee County
• Lead our learning efforts, coordinating training for our Care Professionals, including utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance with all Florida laws and regulations to maintain our Home Health Agency license and the health and safety of our staff and clients.
• Review Client Home Assessments and Care Plans, including Activities for Daily Living, and make recommendations to improve their quality of care and quality of life.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and SYNERGY HomeCare team members.
• Provide reliable care as a professional RN.

Other Occasional Duties

• Answer phone calls, including Intake Calls with new Prospects, set the Home Assessment visit, or adjust the Care Professional schedules per client requests or Care Professional call-outs.
• Participating in Home Assessments and the building of Care Plans and ADLs
• Conducting in-home Reassessments of the Care Plan and/or Care Professional Quality Checks
• Represent SYNERGY HomeCare at community events and/or participate in team volunteer activities.
• Be "on call" to answer Prospect, Client, and Care Professional phone calls, texts, or emails during off-hours nights and weekends (this duty is rotated between the entire leadership team, including the owners)
