Overview:
Camden Company is seeking a dynamic Concession Manager to oversee our concession operations at events at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, The Met, Boardwalk Hall, Cure Insurance Arena, and Subaru Park. This operation varies by location ranging from 2 employees to 40 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, food service, and hospitality in a live event (sporting or concerts) setting.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the concession stand including inventory, ordering, and coordination staff scheduling needs with the staffing manager.
- Train and supervise concession staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with event organizers to meet specific concession requirements
- Sales reporting
