SportsMED Orthopaedic Specialist, INC is Hiring a MRI TECH Near Madison, AL

SportsMED Orthopaedic Specialists is currently seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to join our team in Madison, AL. The selected candidate will:

  • Screen patients before the MRI examination for any precautions or contraindications
  • prepare patients for the exam and explain the exam procedure
  • Ensure scan(s) meet the minimum requirements for accuracy and readability to help physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patient injuries or illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate records in our medical software system

This position will be scheduled for Monday thru Thursday from 3p-10p. Additional hours may be available during weekdays from time to time to ensure adequate coverage for vacations or sick time.

Candidate must be a graduate of a Certified Radiology Program and be MRI registry eligible.
