We are looking for a few bartenders to join our team of diverse industry professionals. Applicants should have a comprehensive knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, be able to multitask, consider themselves great storytellers, and approach guest service with upbeat, genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and spirit-free beverages

• Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service

• Approach guests with upbeat and genuine hospitality

• Assess, understand and adapt to guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Accurately measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Take guests orders, input correctly into POS
• Prepare and serve libations in a timely manor

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, as well as uphold health and safety standards

• Restock and replenish bar/service inventory and supplies

• Stay guest focused and create a memorable guest experience

Requirements

• Genuine Hospitality

• Strong communication skills

• 2 years of Bartending and Serving experience

• Responsible handling of payment options
• Drive for continued BWL education and a desire to share your knowledge and creativity with the rest of the team

• Ability to work on your feet and stay moving for long periods

• Effective time management

• Ability read and follow recipes for service and bar prep

• Effectively execute order of operations for service bar

• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
