Maven Workforce is Hiring a Project Manager 2-Dover, DE (Part-Time) Near Dover, DE
Location: Dover, DE
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Interview Type: MS Teams
Note: 10 years of experience is required. Local profiles to Dover or commutable distance only. ID & Address proof is required.
Working Hours: 24 hrs./week- Monday 9 hours (8-6), Tuesday 6 hours (9-3) and Wednesday 9 hours (8-6)
This position will need to have the following skills:
- At least 6 years’ experience in Project Management or related experience.
- Experience working with various resources: developers, vendors, stakeholders, business users, other project managers, Executive management, and any other customers.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience working with various types of applications systems and/or software.
- Communicate effectively to team members in various ways: face to face, oral and written.
- Provide training to users, team members, etc.
- Provide PM documentation such as: Project charter, Communication plan, Project Plans, Roles and responsibilities, Risk Analysis, Implementation Plan, Schedules with milestones and tasks, Issue/bug tracking, test scripts and training materials.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Effective and professional communication skills to include active listening and other soft skills.
- Ability to create various media related to the project. These may include PowerPoint presentations, mock-ups, workflow diagrams, charts, etc.
- Ability to understand and be able to translate technical jargon or concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to keep project on schedule and within budget.
- Ability to request appropriate resources for each task.
- Ability to estimate effort and time.
- Experience working with various vendors.
- Experience with data mapping, migration, and integrations.
