JOB SUMMARY:

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to support the smooth operation of our facilities. From repairing equipment to maintaining outdoor areas and improvements, The Company Maintenance Worker plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
● Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
● Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues in a timely manner.
● Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn maintenance and clean up.
● Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as needed.
● Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and reorder as necessary.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
● Conduct monthly safety inspections to uphold workplace safety standards.
● Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
● Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
Requirements:
●High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant experience preferred.
● Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
● Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
● Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
● Good communication skills and ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
● Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
